I invite everyone to visit Be SMART!, the lifelong-wellness blog that I  maintain in support of my online course for OLLI at UVa.  The Be SMART! blog is open to all – you do not need to be an OLLI member or to be enrolled in the course to participate in the blog.   I will continue to pull together helpful information, latest research results, and local links –just as I did during my 8 years of teaching BIO 204 Biochemical Nutrition at Judson College.
