senior_logo2Now that we have added volunteer and lifelong-learning activities to our schedule,  it is time to make sure that we are healthy enough to enjoy them fully!  Looks like the Senior Center has us covered!

897The Center is joining our community in the Move2Health Challenge, which encourages everyone to improve their health. The Challenge begins Friday, September 6, and we want everyone to start moving! The first challenge goal? Do a physical activity for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Stay tuned to our website for more details!
