VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR FRIENDS OF THE BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY
Looking for a way to make a difference in the community you love? Volunteers are needed to maintain and preserve the 469 miles of the Parkway. Positions are available at several visitor centers, along with demonstrators for “mountain homesteading” skills. You can also start a chapter of FRIENDS of the Blue Ridge Parkway! They are looking for people with a desire to aid in protecting and preserving the historical, cultural, and ecological resources that make up the Parkway. Please contact Kimberly.
