NLI Taking Applications for 2010 Class

You can take the wheel in Charlottesville by participating in the City’s Neighborhood Leadership Institute (NLI) “Pilot Your City” program which provides residents with the best tools to make positive change in our community.

The City is now looking for residents who may be interested in the popular initiative. Here are a few highlights of NLI 2010:

  • The program is free and dinner is provided with hours 6:00-9:00pm on Wednesdays beginning in February.
  • Topics covered this semester include City Council roles, planning and development, public safety, budget preparation, and the University and the local economy.
