I am so pleased to be volunteering again for the Botanical Garden of the Piedmont in Charlottesville’s McIntire Park! What a beautiful place to visit now and a wonderful legacy for future generations!
In 2008 when I learned about the dream for a garden for all in the heart of Charlottesville, I knew that I wanted to be a part of it from the very beginning. Now that we are emerging from the restrictions that have helped to keep us safe the last couple of years, the Piedmont Garden is the place I want to be. I am hoping to snap some photos of the flora and fauna, and will post them here.
