Hello, friends of the Charlottesville City Market –
As we approach the summer season at the market, Market Central members have been focusing on ways to support our farmers market. You may have noticed that every Saturday, Market Central has a table set up to hand out our newsletter, and accept membership dues and email addresses for our newsletter distribution list.We have had several volunteers working the table who support our mission and have an interest in local food, and to those volunteers we say “Thank you”. We always welcome newcomers who would like to join the organization, or to help with projects.
Our table is located in the non-profit section of the City Market, next to the Market Manager. Please stop by and introduce yourself.
